What the agent does alone and what stays under human control
Separate autonomous calculations and communications from decisions Billabex reserves for a user.
Updated
In short
The agent can analyze balance, select valid contacts, schedule, draft, and monitor a follow-up within case rules. It must not invent a receivable, confirm an absent payment, or silently apply a sensitive decision. Disputes, ambiguous eligibility, missing contacts, and unapproved changes go through tasks; members retain control over pauses and access.
Expected result
You know which actions continue automatically and where a task, pause, or permission requires control.
Before you start
- Review an account containing at least one communication and task.
- Identify members responsible for collection decisions.
Procedure
- Read the account summary to see what the agent inferred from available facts.
- Open the next communication and check recipients, date, and documents.
- Review tasks to find actions explicitly waiting for an answer.
- Use pause and resume when internal policy requires a human stop.
- Read the audit log for changes performed by users.
What Billabex does
Deterministic controls surround generation: positive balance, valid contacts, blocking tasks, permissions, and final message validation. Rejected generation clears the scheduled communication instead of sending uncertain content.
If the result is not what you expected
- A scheduled message does not prove a newer human blocker was ignored; check current state.
- Agent and system actions do not appear in the human audit log.
- For a suspected boundary breach, preserve task, communication, and time for support analysis.
