Customer view 360° brings together account identity, balance, documents, and collection context. Start with the situation summary, then verify facts in Invoices, Contacts, Communications, and Tasks. The summary helps orientation but does not replace documents: every amount, promise, or blocker should be traceable to its detail.

You can explain the account situation and open the precise source of every important fact.
Before you start
- Select the correct account in the correct organization.
- Let active synchronization finish before comparing data.
Procedure
- Read the account header, source, and tags to confirm identity.
- Review the situation summary, highest-priority state, and next step.
- Open invoices and credit notes to verify balance calculation.
- Check active contacts, then received and sent communications.
- Finish with open tasks and promises that can block or delay the agent.
What Billabex does
The panel combines derived facts with a bilingual narrative regenerated after selected email and promise events. Views can update with a short delay because projections and the summary are asynchronous.
If the result is not what you expected
- If the summary conflicts with a document, trust the live document and wait for regeneration.
- An account with no balance can retain history and BODACC status.
- For an unexpected total, inspect invoices, payments, and credits before communications.
