View customer account history
Review actions taken by your team, the agent, and Billabex processes on an account.
Updated
In short
The account History tab gathers successful business actions that changed that account. Each row identifies the date, action, and actor: a member, the agent, or a system process. Expand a row to read useful details. Tracking is exhaustive for new actions from August 6, 2026 onward.
Expected result
You can reconstruct who did what on an account and when without mixing it with the organization-wide audit log.
Before you start
- Open the relevant customer account.
- Identify the period or action you need to verify.
Procedure
- Open the customer account History tab.
- Browse actions from newest to oldest.
- Read the actor to distinguish a member, the agent, and a system process.
- Click a row to display its useful metadata.
- Move to the next page to review older events.
What Billabex does
Billabex adds a row after every successful business command involving the account, including actions that start from an invoice, contact, communication, or task. Repetitive technical processing is excluded, and sensitive or oversized metadata is hidden or truncated.
If the result is not what you expected
- Actions before August 6, 2026 may be partial unless an older human action could be restored.
- Credit movements remain under Settings > Credits, not in account history.
- A rejected action or one with no effective change does not create a row.
