Connect your invoicing tool
Link Pennylane or Zoho Books to the right organization and review permissions before the first import.

Connecting your invoicing tool lets Billabex import the accounts, contacts, invoices, credit notes, and payments needed for collections. From Settings and Integrations, choose Pennylane or Zoho Books, select the right source company, and grant only the permissions shown. The connection then starts a first synchronization whose state remains visible.
Expected result
The selected integration appears active in the correct organization and its first synchronization has started.
Before you start
- Your source account can authorize an application or provide the credentials requested by the connector.
- Identify the exact company to synchronize when the invoicing tool contains several entities.
Procedure
- In Billabex, open Settings, then Integrations.
- Choose Add connection and select Pennylane or Zoho Books.
- Authenticate with the source service without sharing credentials with Billabex or support.
- Select the right company and review displayed permissions before confirming.
- Return to Billabex and check that the connection starts its first synchronization.
What Billabex does
Billabex stores connection state separately from imported data. An active connection permits synchronization; it does not mean every item is already visible. Synchronized records retain their source so they cannot be confused with manually entered data.
If the result is not what you expected
- Resolve an authorization error in the source account or restart the connection journey.
- If you selected the wrong company, remove the incorrect connection promptly and contact support if data has already appeared.
- When reconnection is required, open the integration banner or detail and renew authorization.
