Activate your Billabex invitation, set a password, and reach the organization that invited you.

In short
Access to Billabex starts with an invitation sent to your work address. Open the link with that same address, verify your email, and set your password. After sign-in, Billabex sends you to the organization you joined. If another session is open, sign it out before reopening the link so the invitation is not handled by the wrong account.
Expected result
Your email is verified, your session is open, and the organization that invited you appears in Billabex.
Before you start
- Use the most recent invitation you received from Billabex.
- Keep access to the mailbox that exactly matches the invited address.
Procedure
- Open the invitation link in a current browser.
- If Billabex already shows another session, sign that account out and reopen the link.
- Enter the invited address, choose a password, and complete email verification.
- Sign in with the same address; do not substitute an alias or personal account.
- Wait a few seconds if the organization is not immediately visible because membership is finalized asynchronously.
What Billabex does
An invitation belongs to one exact address. Billabex checks identity before opening the organization and will not automatically follow the link when the active session belongs to another user. Password reset preserves the invitation destination after the reset is complete.
If the result is not what you expected
- For an expired or consumed link, ask an organization member to send a new invitation.
- If no email arrives, check spam and confirm the spelling of the invited address.
- If sign-in succeeds but no organization appears after a short wait, send support the invited address and test time, never your password.
