In short

Billabex brings together customer-account monitoring, your agent’s work, and decisions that need your input. Start on the organization home, then open an account, the task list, and the inbox. You will know where to check an invoice, answer the agent, and review both sides of a conversation without changing any data.

You can find a customer account, a task that needs attention, and a communication from your organization navigation.

Before you start

  • Your email address is verified and you already belong to a Billabex organization.
  • Select the correct organization if your account can access more than one workspace.

Procedure

  1. Open your organization home and read the indicators without trying to interpret every value yet.
  2. Open Customer accounts, choose an account, and locate its balance, contacts, documents, and history.
  3. Open Tasks to separate requests waiting for human input from cases that have already been handled.
  4. Open the Inbox, then sent messages, to see both sides of a conversation.
  5. Return to the home and use the detailed guides before changing a setting or source record.

What Billabex does

Billabex groups invoices, credit notes, contacts, communications, and tasks for the same account. Your agent uses that context to prepare actions; a task identifies situations where a human decision or missing information is required.

If the result is not what you expected

  • An empty screen can simply mean that no data has been synchronized for this organization yet.
  • If an expected account is missing, first check the integration state and its last synchronization time.
  • If the expected organization is absent, confirm which address was used to accept the invitation.
