Connect and configure Pennylane
Authorize the right Pennylane company, review account filters, and verify the first import.

From Settings and Integrations, add Pennylane and authorize the company containing the receivables to monitor. Review requested rights and any account filters before import. Connection activation is separate from synchronization: wait for the first success, then compare several accounts, invoices, credits, and payments with Pennylane.
Expected result
The right Pennylane company is connected and authorized accounts appear with their documents.
Before you start
- Use a Pennylane account allowed to connect the relevant company.
- Prepare two sample accounts and their invoice references.
Procedure
- Open Settings > Integrations and choose Add connection.
- Select Pennylane, then authenticate directly in the Pennylane journey.
- Choose the source company and review permissions before confirming.
- Configure filters only when some accounts should deliberately stay outside Billabex.
- After the first success, compare sample accounts and amounts with Pennylane.
What Billabex does
Billabex stores the connection identifier and synchronizes changes from the authorized company. Filters can unlink newly excluded accounts and reimport accounts that become allowed again.
If the result is not what you expected
- When company names are similar, confirm the identifier before authorization.
- A reconnection request means Pennylane access must be renewed.
- For a missing account after successful connection, inspect configured filters first.
