Connect and configure Zoho Books
Connect the right Zoho Books organization and region, then verify the first synchronized accounts.

In short
Add Zoho Books from Billabex integrations, then select the region and Zoho organization that hold your data. Grant access in Zoho without sharing credentials. Once the connection returns to Billabex, let the first import finish and check a sample of customers, invoices, credits, and payments.
Expected result
The selected Zoho Books organization is active in Billabex and its authorized accounts are imported.
Before you start
- Know the Zoho account region and exact organization to connect.
- The Zoho user must be allowed to grant the requested access.
Procedure
- In Settings > Integrations, add a Zoho Books connection.
- Choose the account region before opening Zoho authorization.
- Select the intended organization and confirm permissions shown by Zoho.
- Back in Billabex, check connection state and let the first import finish.
- Compare several customers and documents with the selected Zoho Books organization.
What Billabex does
The Zoho Books connector follows changes in the authorized organization. During a complete resynchronization, Billabex can ignore normal time limits to reassess every allowed account.
If the result is not what you expected
- A wrong region generally prevents authorization from reaching the intended account.
- If the expected organization is absent, inspect the signed-in user’s rights in Zoho.
- For a partial import, check filters and latest-success time before retrying.
