View sent and scheduled messages

Separate a scheduled draft from an email handed to delivery and review its history.

Updated

In short

A **Scheduled** communication has a future date but has not sent and can be replaced when context changes. **Sent** means Billabex handed it to the email service; recipient delivery feedback follows. Open the message to check subject, body, recipients, attachments, date, and events without confusing scheduling with actual handoff.

Expected result

You know whether the message can still change, whether it sent, and what feedback exists per recipient.

Before you start

  • Open the right account or global communication list.
  • Locate the displayed local time and timezone.

Procedure

  1. Filter outgoing communications by Scheduled or Sent.
  2. Open one to verify recipients, content, and attachments.
  3. For a schedule, compare its date with the situation summary next step.
  4. For a sent message, read each address status history.
  5. If account context changed, wait for regeneration or pause collections.

What Billabex does

When the next communication is replaced, Billabex deletes the old unsent version. An already sent communication remains in history even when the next-action pointer becomes stale.

If the result is not what you expected

  • Scheduled does not count as an active account in analytics before Sent.
  • A past date without send calls for checking pauses, tasks, and live data.
  • Do not edit only the text when recipient or source invoice is wrong.
