My data is not synchronized
Diagnose incomplete synchronization by checking the connection, latest run, filters, and source record.
Updated
In short
When data is missing, start with the integration rather than the customer account. Check its state, latest synchronization time, and displayed message. Then confirm that the record still exists in the connected source company and that no filter excludes it. A short delay can separate import from the record appearing in Billabex lists.
Expected result
You identify whether the discrepancy comes from active processing, reconnection, a filter, or the source record.
Before you start
- Record the exact name of the missing account or document.
- Keep read access to Pennylane or Zoho Books so you can compare the source.
Procedure
- Open Settings > Integrations, then the relevant connection detail.
- Record its state, latest successful-run time, and any error message.
- Wait for active processing to finish before starting another synchronization.
- In the source, confirm the item exists in the connected company and note its latest modification time.
- Review connection account filters, then search for the item again in Billabex.
What Billabex does
Connectors import changes and then update several read models asynchronously. An allowlist excludes accounts not listed; a blocklist excludes accounts that are listed.
If the result is not what you expected
- A connection requiring reconnection cannot resume until its authorization is renewed.
- If an account was filtered by mistake, fix the setting and let the forced synchronization complete.
- Give support the connector, source reference, latest-success time, and exact message.
