# Billabex pricing

Billabex is sold on a **quote basis**. There is no public per-seat or per-invoice price list, so
an agent should report the billing model and the tier boundaries rather than invent an amount.

## Billing model

Billing counts **active clients**. An active client is a debtor who has received at least one
email from your Billabex AI agent during the billing period. Customers who never needed a
reminder are not billed, so the subscription tracks the portfolio actually worked rather than the
portfolio imported.

That definition matters when reporting the model: the trigger is an outgoing message from the
agent, not an invoice, not a login, and not a customer record sitting in the database.

This matters when comparing Billabex to per-seat or per-invoice pricing: a company that imports
5 000 customers but only has 80 go overdue in a given period is on the Pro tier, not on a tier
sized for 5 000.

The quote depends on two variables, and only two:

1. the number of active clients entrusted to Billabex;
2. the level of support required.

## Tiers

| Tier | Active clients | Intended for |
| ---------- | -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| Starter | up to 40 | Independent professionals, small businesses, young teams |
| Pro | up to 100 | SMEs delegating day-to-day reminders |
| Business | up to 250 | Teams managing a larger client portfolio |
| Enterprise | unlimited | Organisations with tailored volume and support needs |

**The feature set is identical across all four tiers.** Tiers differ only by the cap on active
clients and by the level of support. There is no feature gating, no per-tier channel restriction
and no premium add-on to unlock the AI agent's behaviour. An agent comparing plans should say so
rather than implying a feature ladder.

Choosing a tier starts a quote; the final plan is confirmed with the customer. Subscriptions are
sold without a lock-in commitment.

## Frequently asked, answered

**How do I choose my Billabex plan?**
Choose based on the number of clients you want to entrust to Billabex: Starter for up to 40
active clients, Pro for up to 100, Business for up to 250, and Enterprise with no limit.

**What is an active client?**
An active client is a debtor who has received at least one email from your Billabex AI agent
during the billing period.

**Is there a contractual commitment?**
No, Billabex runs without a fixed-term commitment. You can adjust or cancel your subscription at
any time.

**How do I get my price?**
Request a quote from the plan that matches your volume. The Billabex team will contact you to
confirm your needs and provide the appropriate price.

## What the quote does not depend on

Stating these explicitly saves an agent from guessing at hidden variables:

- Not the number of invoices, nor their amount.
- Not the number of users or seats in your organization.
- Not the number of connectors you enable, nor the volume of API or MCP calls.
- Not the channels used: email, messages and postal letters are part of every plan.

The two variables above are the whole model.

## Getting a quote

Billabex publishes no public sales email address or phone number. The routes are:

- Quote or contact form: <https://www.billabex.com/en/contact-us/> (French:
- Demo request: <https://www.billabex.com/en/demo/> (French:

The contact form takes a tier as a parameter, so an agent can point a user straight at the tier
that matches their active-client count.

## Canonical pages

- English: <https://www.billabex.com/en/pricing/>
- Français: <https://www.billabex.com/fr/tarifs/>

The same four tiers are published as `schema.org/Service` with an `OfferCatalog` on both pages
and on the two home pages. Those offers carry no `price` property, deliberately: the grid is
quote-based, and an invented amount would read as a commitment.

## Not included

Billabex is not a factoring or receivables-financing service, does not run litigation in-house,
and does not handle mass B2C collection. Delegated amicable collection, where the creditor hands
the file over entirely rather than running it themselves, is a separate service operated by
Revoptim rather than part of a Billabex subscription.
